The Jingzhou-Jingmen High Speed Railway starts from Jingmenxi Railway Station on the Wuhan-Yichang section of the Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu High Speed Railway in the north. It ends at Jingzhou Railway Station on the Hankou-Yichang Railway to the south. The total length is 77 kilometers, with a design speed of 350 km/h. The rail line includes three stations: Jingmenxi Railway Station, Shayangxi Railway Station and Jingzhou Railway Station. Among them, Jingmenxi Railway Station and Shayangxi Railway Station are newly built stations. Since construction began in September 2020, participating units and construction workers have efficiently advanced the project, completing key works such as the Jianghan Canal Major Bridge and the expansion and renovation of Jingzhou Railway Station, ensuring the timely opening of the rail line.
