As of November 3, the China-Laos Railway has transported a total of 46.7 million tons of goods in its first three years of operation, with cross-border freight reaching 10.7 million tons. According to Kunming Customs, in the first 10 months of this year, the railway's import and export freight volume reached 3.996 million tons, with a total value of 15.2 billion yuan, setting a new record for the same period. Currently, the China-Laos Railway serves 19 countries, including Laos and Thailand, with the range of imported and exported goods expanding from over 500 types to more than 3,000 types.
