On December 3, the China-Laos Railway celebrated its third anniversary of operation. Over the past three years, the flow of goods and the convenience of travel have both increased, with the benefits of the "Golden Corridor" becoming increasingly apparent. The railway has effectively promoted regional connectivity, strengthened people-to-people ties, and contributed to regional prosperity and development.

The China-Laos Railway is becoming increasingly popular. The Mohan Railway Port is the first national land border port in China after entering from Laos. According to the Mohan Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station, by December 2, more than 16,800 trains had been inspected at the Mohan port over the past three years, with over 346,000 passengers from 108 countries and regions traveling through. Among them, approximately 49,000 foreign passengers accounted for over 14% of the total. Passengers from Laos, Thailand and Malaysia ranked in the top three in terms of numbers. Many foreign travelers have chosen to take the international passenger trains on the China-Laos Railway to visit China for tourism, leisure and family visits.
