On November 21, a freight train hauled by an electric locomotive traveled across the Duolunhe Grand Bridge on the Jining-Tongliao Railway in Hexigten Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia. According to CR-Huhhot, on this day, as a freight train hauled by an electric locomotive slowly departed from the Menggentala Railway Station in Hexigten Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, the electrification of the Menggentala-Daban section on the Jining-Tongliao Railway was officially put into operation. With this development, the entire Jining-Tongliao Railway has entered the era of electrification.
