On the 19th, foreign guests visited the National Engineering Research Center for Railway Large Maintenance Machinery of CRCC High-Tech Equipment Corporation Limited, gaining deeper insights into China's railway manufacturing development. As a witness to the construction of the China-Laos Railway, Wang Tong Hatsachan, a Standing Committee Member of the Luang Prabang Provincial Committee, Secretary of the Luang Prabang Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Luang Prabang, paid special attention to the developments discussed.
"The cooperation between China and Laos in railway construction has brought significant changes to the people of Laos," said Wang Tong Hatsachan. "Thanks to the China-Laos Railway, the number of tourists in Luang Prabang has exceeded 1.5 million in the first ten months of this year, doubling compared to the whole of last year. We hope that China and Laos will continue to deepen cooperation, enabling Laos to achieve new development in the field of equipment manufacturing."
